I was born and raised in Eastern Oklahoma and have a vision of serving others and creating a positive experience navigating the Real Estate Appraisal Process.
There are many factors to consider when calculating the value of a home. Location, condition, and amenities are a few of the factors that will be considered and reconciled to arrive at a value for your home.
Appraisals are a fairly straight-forward process. After receiving a request we will reach out to the relevant party and schedule an inspection within a few days. We will then due the relevant research and complete an appraisal report. The whole process is usually completed within 1 to 2 weeks.
